A. Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled through the “My Orders” section by selecting the relevant order and clicking the “Cancel” button, provided that your order is still in “In Progress” status. Alternatively, you may contact the orders department via email at: ifaistos2018@gmail.com

B. Returns

Return Conditions

 

• Product Issue / Defective Product: Our products are delivered for shipment in excellent condition. However, in the event of a product issue, the return must be made within 7 calendar days from the purchase date. The product will be sent for inspection to verify that the defect is not due to improper use. If confirmed, it will be replaced with a new product, if available, or another product with equivalent specifications.

 

• Change of Mind: A change-of-mind return must be communicated to the online store in writing (via email) within 14 days from the date of delivery. The product must: remain in its sealed original commercial packaging, and be accompanied by the proof of purchase/receipt. The customer will be credited for the value of the returned products included in the order.

 

Return Method (provided the above conditions are met)
For defective products, we will collect the product for return free of charge from your location.

 

In all cases involving product returns from abroad, the customer bears the return shipping costs. These costs will be reimbursed if, after receipt and inspection by our company, the product is proven to be defective.
